Biography:
Hi, everybody! I came from China after my bachelor degree and graduated from University of Science and Technology of China. And my hometown is in Xi'an City of China, it is one of oldest cities in China. Welcome to visit it! I wanna make a lot of friends here, so hoping all of us will become good friends.
My Research Field:
1. FRAM memory research; Ferroelectric Thin Film Capacitor's switching behavior studied by using SPM ( Scanning Probe Microscopy) method.
2. Single Ferroelectric crystal's switching behavior, study the sample such as PGO, PTO, PZT, SLN etc. study the domain growth and the domain wall motion.
3. Using AFM, PFM and EFM to study the surface properties of different materials in nano-scale, such as surface roughness, surface conductivity, surface charge density and surface elasticity etc.
